The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of downtown Beirut. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The modern design of the hotel created a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the occasional noise from nearby nightclubs and the need for some renovations, I found my overall experience to be excellent. The hotel's great location and friendly staff more than made up for any shortcomings.

It's a ripp off and does not worth the rates... Not to mention that I have to walk to reach it... And no taxi in town knows how to reach it.

A great place with some of the most welcoming and helpful staff I have ever seen in my life. I don't think there is a hotel location in Beirut that can beat this one.

1) Very warm welcome. 2) Good hospitality. 3) Very friendly and decent staff. 4) Ms Samar and her colleague Mr Adel are 2 amazing employees with wonderful helping nature who have shown concern with every details.
The 2 things I believe the management should look in order to build up a community of loyal clients and regular business travellers. ((1) Shortage of staff is very obvious , I believe there was 2 housekeepers 1 for morning and the other for evening.2 room service staff as well and 2 for the reception Adel and a female co-worker, this will certainly affect the standard, reputation and the business and as a group leader for Alshaya business travel - the biggest organistation within the middleast I will be glad to stay there again only after sorting out this basic issue. (2)Other issue which may seem minor but important to look at is pillows. Pillows are made of nylon and are too huge to give a comfort sleep, i really hope you look into this.

Exceptional service and comfortable rooms. We had an issue with the noise from the nightclub next door, but the staff promptly moved us to a quieter room. I highly recommend Le Patio Boutique for a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were so nice and welcoming and the hotel was of a very high standard. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The easy access to Beirut Downton is excellent. I would have liked if the hotel organized a country tour for the guests. Lebanon is such a wonderful and beautiful country and it has a lot of site seeing to offer and I think the hotels in the country should start looking into this matter. I loved Lebanon in general and I will definitely go back

Great location and excellent service! The hotel was nestled right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We also loved the fact that it was just a short walk away from some of the most popular tourist spots in the area, which was really convenient. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the personalized attention they gave us, making us feel comfortable and welcome.
The noise level. Our room faced the street where bars were located, and there was a lot of noise outside that lasted until the early hours of the morning, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

1. Room was clean and furniture were good, Location was good and fairly quite
Can not access to hotel by car must walk with your luggage. No room service you have to bring your food with you at night. No taxi or transportation services. Hotel is poorly staffed only one reception and one man for all other things. Bed sheets were lined with nylon make the beds very uncomfortable even the pillow bags were lined with nylon. This hotel in no way 5 stars it the most can be graded at 3 stars. Hotel is very over priced at more than $200 per night including tax.
